Scope:

Technical Customer Support, Application/New Module Testing, Customer Training and Additional Project work as needed.

Major Areas of Responsibility:

- Provide first level support to end-users. This is software primarily for the Pest Control Industry.

- Quickly assume additional responsibilities of product testing, training and documentation.

Required Experience:

- Must live in the Phoenix area for consideration

- Win 98-XP. PC Anywhere, Remote Desktop, Basic Networking skills.

- Ability to handle multiple priorities.

- Excellent working knowledge of computer software & harware.

- Strong communication, customer support & follow-up skills.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Good problem solving capabilities.

- Quick learner.

- SQL language a plus but not required.
