Angie?s List is searching for an experienced software systems architect to join our team. The candidate selected to fill this position will report directly to the Director of Software Engineering, and will join the company?s existing technical team.
Our team is focused on designing and building highly scalable Enterprise applications. We utilize
the latest Microsoft technologies, including ASP.Net, Visual Studio 2005 and Sql Server 2005!
General Requirements:
? Versatility in handling multiple projects & re-prioritizations
? Demonstrated ability to work independently & in small team environments
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills & an ability to communicate with technical & non-technical staff
Technical Requirements:
? 5-10 years of proven web/desktop application development
? Experience with multi-browser compliant JavaScript
? Advanced knowledge of, and, experience with C#, Visual Studio.NET, ASP.NET
? Advanced knowledge of OO design and application of Enterprise Software Patterns
? Demonstrated experience with UML
? Advanced knowledge of database design and SQL
? Demonstrated experience with software systems integrations
? Ability to demonstrate & develop rapid technical solutions to both the development team and the management staff
? Ability to provide technical guidance and enhancements in environments that contain dissimilar software systems
? Experience with software testing, including, regression, unit, load and systems.
? Experience with automated build, deployment and quality assurance systems.
