Trintech, Inc. has an opening for an experienced Web User Interface Designer. The position is based out of the company?s Dallas headquarters in Addison, TX. This position will be working closely with product management and development teams to design user interfaces for Web-based applications. Demonstration of excellent technical, communication and analytical skills is required.

Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesWorking collaboratively with product managers and other developers on the design, specification and creating wireframes, design mockups and prototypes.Creating and maintaining templates incorporating advanced DHTML, CSS and JavaScript as an integral part of our Web application development team.Providing analysis, recommendations and implementations to optimize product usability.

Required knowledge, skills, education and experience:Solid graphic and visual design skills (online portfolio required)5+ years experience in Web developmentSoftware engineering background highly desirableStrong understanding of user-centered design principles and practicesAdvanced knowledge and proficiency with HTML, DHTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ability to hand-code without the use of WYSIWYG editors is required) Advanced knowledge and proficiency with Adobe PhotoShop, Adobe Illustrator and Macromedia FlashBasic knowledge of Visual Studio, C#, XML and .NETExperience with source control software and versioning requiredBachelor?s degree or equivalent experience required
