Solution Architect/Director

Objective: To provide marketable software solutions for customers in our industry and to support the sales and implementation process of our subsidiaries and partners. The solution SAP combines generic application components (e. g. ERP) with industry specific components Worldwide. The number of customers is rapidly growing and the customer satisfaction is extraordinary. We are looking for an experienced colleague who is within the global Solution Management team assigned to solution architect tasks. Our team needs someone who can understand has the passion to resolve customer's pain points. Position Responsibilities:

- As a solution architect you will be responsible to work within development projects (roll - in, specifications), but also assembling SAPs solution using different technical and application components. I
- The architect should support our field and strategic projects with expert advice on complex solution issues.
- The solution architect will support new business cases in defining the requirements, working with development on estimating efforts and in the product definition once the case has been approved.
- It will be the task of the solution architect to leverage the usage of Netweaver in the solution and drive SAPs Enterprise Service Architecture in the HER solution.
- Part of the task will also be to build first pilots on new technologies such as the Service Oriented Architecture and working with partners on complementary scenarios on an SAP platform. The solution architect will need to identify and drive HER specific requirements for cross industry components.

Basic Qualifications: Requires 4+ years development experience as one or more of the following: Development Architect, Project Manager, Business Solution Architect, or Solution Engineer. Demonstrated experience in Solution Management with emphasis on roll - in and technical tasks.

3+ years Management Experience.
