Service extensions are provided for employee self service, service level agreement management, reporting, bi-directional email, reporting and business analytics.

The former Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of Development for Peregrine Systems, Mr. Luddy was the chief architect of ServiceCenter? and AssetCenter? and Remedy for over fourteen years.

 

Service-now.com is seeing tremendous traction in the marketplace with rapid adoption by Fortune 500 companies who are tired of overly complex, un-justifiably expensive client server technology delivering little or no value to the business.

 

Responsibilities

The Solution Consultant will be responsible for all technical pre-sales support activities as well as post sale customer implementation guidance and support. Specific responsibilities include:Solution demonstrationProof of Concept and trial project supportRFP / RFI supportPost sales implementation guidance (although not professional services consulting engagements)Active input to the development organization for future product enhancements based on marketplace feedback

 

Experience

The ideal candidate will have in excess of five years of proven technical pre-sales experience with enterprise class solution providers, a background in the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) business process, and working knowledge of IT operations. Past work experience with industry leading providers of help desk, IT service management, asset management, network and systems management or similar technologies a definite plus.
