Position Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for building a business and achieving sales targets with existing and new OEM's in the digital printing category. The position will be based in San Jose with accounts located worldwide.  Travel will be expected in order to visit and develop new printing strategies and products with key identified OEM partners.

 

Adobe has a strong history in the printing business and this role will be one which continues to expand this business into new solutions supporting PDF, PDF workflow and LiveCycle solutions, in addition to sustaining strong revenues from current PostScript business.

 

The position requires an ability to sell at all levels of the customer ? from the CEO down to the technical implementers of the Adobe solutions.  A strong technical background will be needed  in additional to proven sales skills working in complex environments.

 

Knowledge & Skills:

? A strong technical understanding for embedded software and the support structure needed to enable these technologies successfully within a large OEM.

? A proven track record of successful selling into OEM's or large Enterprises to C-level executives.

? A background of working with large traditional Print OEM partners such as HP, Xerox, Canon or Ricoh.

? A highly motivated individual who has ability to work independently and seek out and close
