This position is for the world's largest software company, headquartered in Redmond, Washington.

The Business Division Greenhouse is a small, exciting team of highly motivated people with a passion for innovation and tough technical challenges. One new incubation is Business Context Sniffer, a technology for providing seamless integration between unstructured email communications and structured business applications. As the developer for this project, you will have a chance to participate in all aspects of architecture and technical design and prototype development. You will work closely with the Program Manager for this incubation and have the opportunity to work with Devs and PMs in Research Groups and other teams as required. You will work in an environment that encourages your creativity and challenges you to extend yourself to deliver on it. -

Qualifications
-The role requires that you have strong problem solving skills, great design and coding skills, technical acumen, exceptional ability to deal with ambiguity and a drive for results. -
-Prior experience of starting v1 products and bringing them to market is desired. -
-You should have at least 5 years of C# /C++ development experience in a fast-paced short-cycle product environment.
-In addition, experience in the any of the following areas would be an asset: Outlook, Exchange, MAPI, UI development, CRM, ERP, Microsoft business software such as BCM, SBA, and MSCRM. A BSCS/MSCS (or equivalent) is required.
