Sr. Data Storage Analyst

Advanced experience with data storage management and related hardware / software, running on UNIX, Windows and Z/OS Operating Systems. In addition, senior level skills including:
* SAN and NAS administration
* EMC storage and ECC software
* EMC Timefinder / SRDF
* Network Appliance Hardware / Software
* McData directors and switches
* IBM Tivoli Storage Manager Administration.

Position Description: Senior roll in engineering and supporting an
enterprise data storage infrastructure. Job functions include developing storage management procedures, maintaining storage infrastructure, utilization reporting, engineering storage infrastructure upgrades, project management and researching technologies.

Skills/Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree with a preferred major in Information Technology, business or related field and five (5) years of experience in Storage Management.
2. Previous experience preparing business cases, written strategies and reports required.
3. Experience with noted operating systems preferred. (Z/OS, UNIX AIX - Solaris and Windows)
4. Ability to demonstrate moderate understanding and application of
continuous quality improvement and project management concepts required.
5. Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills required.
6. High proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel required. Successful completion of Microsoft Office Suite training preferred.
7. Strong organizational and follow-through skills, and particularly strong attention to detail required.
8. Strong creative problem solving skills required.
9. Demonstrated flexibility, self-discipline and ability to work
independently, as well as within a group, required.
10. Ability to work effectively with multiple internal and external clients required.
11. Ability to handle multiple projects and implementation timeframes required.
12. Ability to interact effectively with representatives at various
levels required.
13. Ability to perform as a self-starter, with motivation to consistently produce high quality results required.
