Our technology team is seeking an experienced, results-oriented Senior Database Development & Analytics Engineer with at least 12 years of experience in database development with 7+ years focusing on hands-on Microsoft SQL Server database design, development and deployment experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in data flow, analysis, process modeling, architecture, schema design, algorithm development, data warehouses, web analytics and business intelligence solutions in addition to being a Microsoft SQL Server veteran. Experience with Oracle, MySQL and Hibernate is a plus, but, not required.


Job Description:

The chosen individual will be responsible for designing and implementing our core data infrastructure while playing a key role in the development of new standards for measuring, managing and marketing more than $5 billion per year in non-linear advertising, brand integration opportunities across TV, film, music and video game industries.


Candidate Requirements:

? MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent. PhD preferred

? At least 12+ years experience in database design, development and deployment

? At least 7+ years experience with Microsoft SQL Server Database, stored procedures, replication, clustering

? At least 4-5 years experience working at a single company building product(s) from concept to completion across multiple releases and several dot releases

? Proven track record of handling large volumes of data and engineering third-party integrations

? Experience in data flow, analysis, process modeling, architecture, schema design, algorithm development, data warehouses, web analytics and business intelligence solutions

? Experience in OLAP, OLTP databases, database architecture, modeling and performance

? Experience with XML related technologies and Service Oriented Architectures (SOAs) for third-party integrations

? Experience in data mining, machine learning and statistical analysis.

? Ability to write design documents, technical functional specifications and communicate effectively with rest of the organization

? Experience with agile development processes (such as SCRUM) in addition to traditional software development methodologies and processes

? Strong attention to detail

? Dedication to completing work on time-sensitive projects

? Experience with Oracle, MySQL and Hibernate is a plus, but, not required
