Sr. Embedded SE - Best practices/standards expert needed

Are you a professional who embraces development standards, and best practices? Someone who is well versed and takes pride in writing clean, elegant code following process? Someone with expertise in SW Development methodologies and extensive experience in developing rock-solid embedded code. If your background were to accompany some leadership, and mentoring experience, it would be even better!

One must be able to dig deep, and develop low level embedded coding, bringing up new boards. This professional will craft their code in the TI composer, writing drivers and "floating up" to the firmware. A key requirement for this gig! Looking for an expert in working directly with I/O subsystems on an embedded DSP (writing drivers and interfaces to FPGA, EDMA, HPI, CPLD subsystems are the kind of acronyms which we are talking about here). This is a role of major importance to the team!

This person will get to play with all the toys of a large company, while having the intimacy of a smaller, and more flexible and fluent development team.

Some guidelines which we are shooting for:
B.S. in CS, CE, EE, Physics or Math
4-10 years experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Experienced with various IDE's, including Microsoft
2-5 years experience writing software in C, C++ and C#
GUI Development
Design hardware systems
RTOS
Network protocols and stack experience
Ability to write software specification documentation and test plans for handoff to SQA
Ability to do high level software architecture
