Sr IT Performance Improvement Consultant: Systems Integration, IT & Business Process Improvement

Integrated Management Services Inc. creates value in organizations through technology. Our target clients are middle market companies in the consumer products and retail areas, with a focus on multi level marketing organizations. Our primary practice areas are IT Improvement, Systems Integration, and Business Process Improvement.

In this newly reconfigured role, you will have both leadership and hands-on responsibilities, as you will oversee entire multiple-project client engagements and act as manager for some of those projects. This will include selecting and implementing ERP systems, assessing IT functions and infrastructure and recommending improvements, managing client expectations, and more. You'll also be rewarded for independently building relationships with client officials and turning leads into consulting engagements. You could be based in our Westport, CT office, and you can expect to travel up to 50% of the time.

To be a good fit for this position you'll have at least ten years of IT experience, including experience in consumer products companies, with a strong background in infrastructure. We're looking for a professional with demonstrated success developing and implementing a comprehensive plan for improving the overall performance of an IT program. Experience with Oracle is preferred, particularly Oracle 11i E-Business.
