Sr. Oracle Database Admin.

Provide database architecture and technical project leadership for new development projects in an Oracle ERP Apps environment;
Maintain, tune, monitor and administer both development and production Oracle applications databases and application-tier technology components.
Collaborate with other Apps DBAs and Oracle Applications Architects to select and plan the deployment of new technical features for the various Oracle ERP environments.
Analyze requirements, design and implement database schemas to support new and modified applications.
Analyze and tune databases for maximum efficiency and performance.
Database administration activities including the software installation, instance creation, backup recovery, database maintenance and troubleshooting.
Support other teams (Infrastructure and Development) in solving database

Qualifications
6 years of Oracle DBA experience.
Minimum of 4 years working with Oracle Apps 11i.
Excellent project management skills and people management skills in a team environment.
Ability to work in a fast paced team environment.
Strong knowledge of Unix processing environment (Linux knowledge preferred).
Very effective verbal and written communication skills in both business and technical areas.
Proven ability to maintain leading edge skills in a rapidly changing information systems environment.
