We have an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Product Support Engineer in our Berwyn, PA location! The Sr. Product Support Engineer will handle escalations from Tier 1 and escalate to Product Development when necessary while performing other product support services requiring skilled engineers; First Office Application, Network Performance Analysis, and Managed Services.
Responsibilities:Provide 3rd and 4th level support for all production network issues and perform troubleshooting of network element configurations in the the event of a device failure.Lead Technical Engineering Services at customer siteContinuously identifies and enhances TruePosition?s support infrastructure by identifying areas of improvementProduct Operations Engineering
Qualifications:5-8 years of related management experienceExperience working in a Multi-Tiered Support environment. Strong technical knowledge is a MUST as well as the ability to oversee technical projects at the customer siteHigh school degree required; Bachelors preferred
