We have an exciting contract one year+ position coming available for a SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER experiences in Web and eCommerce.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Program Management Team, an integral part of a dynamic and talented Web Design & Technology Group, is responsible for supporting and enabling business via the web by driving cross-functional application initiatives that bridge the Web Design & Technology, the Business Units and Information Services.

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and success of complex projects.
The Senior Project Manager provides project leadership to a team of engineers, store producers, ecommerce business analysts and QA in an
innovative and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities and activities include but are not limited to the following:
? Able to successfully lead large technical and cross-functional teams for complex technical projects.
? Able to identify key project objectives, risks and drivers and creates plans to manage these elements.
? Tracks project interdependencies, milestones and deliverables to ensure successful project implementation and rollout.
? Possesses strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
? Must be able to focus clearly and act under pressure.

? Communication:
Strong interpersonal communication skills and communicates effectively with senior executives and peers (engineers, store producers, business
analysts, QA and other project managers).

? Ability to understand technical subjects and emerging technologies in the ecommerce market.

? Able to plan and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
? Ability to learn and adopt new technology and principles quickly.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
? General office environment.
? Varied levels of project deadline pressures may occur.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
? Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent.
? Minimum requirement of 4 to 5 years of professional working experience, preferably in a custom application development environment as a software developer and/or project manager.
? Detail-oriented mindset with a proven track record of managing successful projects.
? Ability to develop and monitor project schedules and timelines to identify and meet critical milestones.

NOTE: Might be required to travel to San Jose for occasional meeting
