Purpose:
Responsible for the implementation of quality assurance testing to ensure that all IT products and services meet company IT standards and user requirements.

Scope:
Implements QA aspects for multiple projects across all operating platforms. Assists in the development of QA processes.

Areas of Responsibility:
- Implements QA compliance standards and manages the compliance reporting system.
- Reviews system specifications and documentation at appropriate points in the project.
-Creates test estimates.
- Executes test cases.
- Designs and develops test plans to validate business and technical applications on technical specifications and business requirements.
- Manages a full-loop process for recording test discrepancies and communicating those findings back to the appropriate sources.
- Works with Audit to ensure system quality.
- Administers Clear Case.
- Coordinates software builds.
- Coordinates website deployments.
- Performs special assignments as required.

Position Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Requires Bachelor's degree or technical certification or equivalent work experience.
- Requires 5 or more years experience in IT. Prefer 2+ years demonstrated track record of success in a mainframe, midrange, client server or web environment in quality assurance testing or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Test Director and Mercury QTP strongly desired.
