Description:
Design and implementation of multi-tiered, distributed, suite of enterprise-class Revenue Management products. Development objectives include design and implementation of Forecasting, Optimization, Pricing and B2B/B2C application components. If you possess a keen knowledge, desire, and demonstrated ability to produce world-class, portable and scalable business objects using the most advanced development technologies, the following skills are sought for these challenging technical positions using primarily Java technologies.
Required Skills:
? At least 6+ years of OOD/OOP experience (Java, C++)
? At least 6+ years of professional experience building distributed scalable enterprise-class applications using Java and/or C++
? At least 2+ years of Unix development experience on one of the following platforms: AIX, HP-UX, Solaris or Linux
? Involvement in multiple phases of software product development, including Design, Development, Testing, and Support for QA and Deployment
? Experience designing large distributed, scalable back-end architectures
? Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science or related discipline
Preferred Skills:
? Experience with one or more of the following Java technologies: RMI, JDBC, JNDI, JMS, Servlets
? OO experience using UML CASE tools (TogetherJ preferred) to document detailed component design
? Experience working with XML and XSL
? Experience working with object-relational mapping
? Experience designing and implementing CORBA components (Visibroker 4.x experience a plus)
? Experience with logical and physical database design with Oracle 8/9i or SQL Server
? Experience with or knowledge of systems administration of one or more of the following platforms: AIX, Solaris, HP-UX, Linux, Windows NT Server
? Experience using tools such as OptimizeIt, JProbe, SQLAB Xpert, Schema Manager are a plus
? Operation Research and statistics experience a plus
? Experience implementing mathematical algorithms a plus
