Description:
Gartner, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Developer: Analyze business requirements & work with end users to document requirement; develop functional & technical specifications based on business requirements; & develop software application modules based on technical specifications; perform unit, integrations and system testing on software application modules; install, configure, administer, maintain and upgrade systems; design and implement Enterprise content management, Document management & publication solutions; perform Interwoven Teamsite administrative tasks; code software applications using Perl/CGI/Java and Unix shell scripts; design & code workflow templates for automation of business processes & to route content for development, approval & deployment; design & code data capture & presentation templates for content capture & preview; design & code deployment scripts for deployment of content/data to multiple destinations; ensure applications conform to departmental standards & are properly documented; assist end users in understanding use of applications.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field, or the foreign equivalent in education, and five (5) years of progressive experience in Information Technology and evolvement of technical skills.

- Use tools such as: Enterprise content management and document management business domain; Interwoven Teamsite suite offerings (including Teamsite, Open Deploy, Data Deploy, Workflow builder, Metatagger); experience with Perl and CGI scripting languages; J2EE technologies (including Java, JSP); Workflow templates (WFT), data capture templates (DCR) and presentation templates (TPL); web and application servers (Apache Tomcat, Iplanet and BEA Weblogic) and relational database management systems (including Oracle,).The position requires a willingness to travel to another division and/or location within the U.S.
