Job Description:

Raytheon Solipsys is searching for a Sr. Software Test Engineer with talent in software intense distributed systems. The applicant must have highly developed technical and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities include integration test coordination, integration test design, integration test execution and test management for Raytheon Solipsys? programs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for working with requirements and design staff to ensure that test procedures/scripts trace back to and completely cover original requirements.
Plan and manage hands on integration and formal acceptance testing of software application.
Provide testing reports to project staff and customer.
Able to create and maintain test plans and procedures for large scale development effort.

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelors degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or a related discipline, with 5-9 years experience with the software development lifecycle and/or testing.
Must be familiar with all aspects of testing as part of a formal development effort, including authoring test plans and procedures, running Test Readiness Reviews, and integration, acceptance, and regression testing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Able to interface with customers.
Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Positions at Solipsys may require U.S. citizenship for purposes of obtaining clearances. Additional clearances may also be required from the DoD.
