Sr. Systems Analyst/Manager

Exciting opportunity for a long term project in the Hartford area! Responsible for a technical leadership role within a team environment to define, design, construct, test, implement and support automated solutions meeting business requirements. Ability to support several policy and engineering business units. Client is preparing to transfer processes from the mainframe environment to a SQL environment and will need technical assistance with planning and execution. Candidate must have the ability to improve processes and have innovative thinking. Project management exposure and strong attention to detail imperative. Qualifications :
3+ years of mainframe data systems analysis including data transformation, extracting and validity testing. Solid communication skills and 3+ years of management experience. 3+ years experience designing and supporting mainframe applications. IBM Web sphere Quality Stage exposure and experience with integration of legacy systems across multiple platforms a plus. (CICS, DB2, JCL, MSSQL Server).
