Job Description: This position will support the Disney Cruise Line Delivery Services team and will provide application development and support for current and future DCL applications which include Delphi, VB, Crystal Report Development, and .NET applications.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for the job.)

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Minimum 4 years VB and Delphi experience

Minimum 3 years C# .NET development experience

Minimum 3 years Oracle PL/SQL, SQL, and Microsoft SQL Development experience

Proven experience and strong understanding of overall application development lifecycle

Proven experience with Object Oriented Analysis, Design & Development using XML, RDMS & SQL with a knowledge of UML

Demonstrated experience in development in Microsoft's .NET environment

Proven experience with XML, Web Services or .NET Remoting

Proven experience with Source Control Management Tools

Demonstrated ability to provide technical consulting (strong partnering, coaching, and mentoring skills)

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience converting VB applications to C# .NET

Proven familiarity with Application Server technology

Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail

Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills

Demonstrated strong analytical skills

Proven ability to implement architectural Best Practices
