o Develop convergence strategy and prioritization framework for portfolio projects
o Mapping of GM&Q business processes to applications
o Analyze current business process and strategic plans
o Recommend business process Re-engineering opportunities
o Define GM&Q global processes and applications
o Participate in annual Benchmarking of Domain business and technology performance
o Address ATS data quality reviews and issue resolution
o Conceive and plan transformation activities
o Identify cost estimates for portfolio projects
o Reviewing value realization of portfolio projects
o Submit portfolio change requests
o Lead identification of anticipated cost and benefits for the select portfolio projects
o Tracking and reporting progress on approved projects
o Providing latest competitive intelligence and all Benchmarking related data in the database



o Extensive Automotive Industry knowledge and well versed with emerging trends and best practices
o Extensive experience in Bill of IT, Portfolio Planning or Benchmarking areas
o Extensive experience of GM&Q taxonomy business processes and applications
o Strong communication and writing skills
o Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
