Support Analyst

Production Support Engineers...

This position is responsible for building and managing large, complex applications.

In this position, you will be a key part of the Product Cycle Model, working with all functional teams, from the planning stage through implementation. You will become an expert on the application, and will be responsible for smoothly deploying new versions of the application to the web, supporting the live application, and driving the customers? feedback to the product planners as requirements for the next version.

To qualify for this position, you must have the following:

1) 2 years of experience in a support engineer position.
2) 3+ years in Systems Engineering, working with IIS, SQL, and Windows
3) Basic SQL Administration skills
4) Expert on Networking, Windows 2003/2000 Sever Architectures
5) Knowledge of NLB would be a plus
6) Must demonstrate excellent organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills, be able to follow directions accurately, and be extremely detail oriented.
