System Performance Specialist (WF)( BA )(SLC)

The System Performance Specialist acts as the benefit system database owner for clients outsourcing benefit administration to ADP. Responsible for maintaining system processing and creation of system outputs to the client, vendors, and other ADP product areas. Interfaces with clients to resolve escalated issues and answer product and process questions. Makes complex configuration changes to the system. Troubleshoots complex issues. Writes queries and reports.

Makes complex configuration changes, including documentation, set-up, testing, and promotion to production.

Manages the testing and promotion process for upgrades to newer software versions of application code.

Writes database queries and reports using standard tools (R&R Report Writer; ReportSmith, TOAD) as appropriate. Good understanding of SQL and/or FoxPro is highly desirable.

Maintains/updates functional specification documentation to support client processing.




Experience/Skills = 4 - 6 years with experience in Benefits Administration, Payroll or HRIS
Education = Bachelor's degree or comparable experience in Benefits, HR or HRIS.

Experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst can help.
