Position Summary
This position is the technical expert, requiring a combination of strong technical skills and good communication and customer skills, will work closely with the sales department to deliver TISCOR solution(s), provide technical training and consulting services. The Systems Sales Technician must effectively communicate (verbal and written) highly technical concepts to a non-technical audience and will be responsible for writing solution requirements, functional specifications, and installation documents in conjunction with project leads. The Systems Sales Technician must have a thorough understanding of current network technology and the ability to apply that technology to provide the optimal solution for the client.


Job Requirements


Previous customer interaction via a technical support role or sales role required. Must have experience with Microsoft Server 2003, SQL, Oracle, and Citrix terminal services. Programming experience is a plus and/or 1-2 years of technical sales exposure a plus. Must have a degree or be working towards a degree in the Computer Science field.  Ability to travel 50% required.
