The Systems Analyst is generally involved in the creation of specifications and requirements for Systems development. As needs arise, the Systems Analyst may be involved in maintaining, designing, and building and testing system applications to satisfy business needs of the company.? As such, a Systems Analyst generally possess broad based experience and skills which are often utilized throughout the project life cycle.? They may also possess and apply specific expertise related to business processes or technologies.

Required Skills:
HIGH PROFICIENCY in WebSphere Portal Development.Partner with varying proficiency analysts in the implementation of WebSphere Portal from an Enablement of Development perspective.Partner in development of WebSphere Portal solutions.Develop best practices and guideposts for WebSphere Portal Development.Partner in the development and definition of the State Farm Technical Architecture to support a WebSphere Portal implementation from a development perspective.Lead and partner in the development and definition of the processes, procedures, and organizational structure to support a WebSphere Portal implementation from a development perspective.Lead and partner in the research of future versions of WebSphere Portal from a Development perspective. Experience with implementation of WebSphere Portal at other organizations from a Development perspective.
