Systems Integration and Test Project Lead/Manager
The SIT team is part of the Software Engineering Group and is responsible for regression testing, testing of new features and qualifying software releases before being released to SQA. This position is a hands-on management role with 70-30 split between testing and management responsibilities. These responsibilities include
- Develop and implement the SIT strategy to support Juniper edge products
- Evolve and converge the existing automation systems from SQA to enhance SIT regression testing
- Develop and enhance the automation process for automation script development, verification, and deployment
- Manage and coach a team of local and offshore SIT engineers
- Test responsibilities: Produces test plans to include the addressed requirements, scope of the functionality. Designs, creates, executes, and maintains manual and automated test cases.
Requirements:
- At least 2+ years of management experience with 8+ years of QA experience
- Experience with automation system development, scripting language TCL/Perl scripting
- Strong domain knowledge in Routers and Networking. Experience with test equipment like Agilent, Ixia.
- Key skills: Technical, people management and communication,
- BS degree (MS preferred)
