Systems Performance Management Team Leader - Atl,Ga

OAOT’s Professional Staffing Services division is in need of a Systems Performance Management Team Leader to work on individual releases and cross release issues to facilitate and work with infrastructure and operations teams to:

- Determine manageability, supportability, and ownership implications associated with long-term management and support of the product

- Identify major operational risks and action plans

- Represent the infrastructure and operation perspective throughout the entire project life cycle

- Manage procurement and installation of infrastructure requirements

- Manage the master schedule for the operations and support groups

- Manage pilot site preparation and deployment

- Design and implement product deployment, rollout, and migration strategies from development through deployment

- Define the support process and manage the turnover to help desks

The Ops Analyst will also perform the following:

- Define, implement/manage the project software environment (development, test)

- Own & manage the production delivery and support processes for all releases

- Provide development and test data environment management

- Coordinate data loads of captured data and verify referential integrity is preserved

- Collaborate with Infrastructure and Data Management for allocation of System Resources

- Author Program Configuration Management Plan

Individual must have hands on programming knowledge/experience in JCL, CICS, and COBOL (mainframe environment) and being knowledge in Scripting is desirable. Candidate also needs excellent Soft Skills.
