TECHNICAL SERVICES SPECIALIST

Due to unprecedented sales and growth, iDatix, an emerging leader in Document Imaging and Business Automation technologies, is seeking a Technical Services Specialist. We are looking for an energetic individual that is excited about new technology and capable of working in a team oriented environment. This position requires extraordinary troubleshooting skills, exceptional team-working abilities, a passion for customer service and a diligent work ethic.



The position of Technical Services Specialist at iDatix is a highly visible position that requires extensive customer interaction. All applicants are expected to provide exceptional front line technical support for the entire iSynergy product line with a high degree of professionalism, integrity and accuracy. iDatix takes extreme pride in its product and services and will only consider individuals for customer contact roles that will promote our offerings in the most positive and professional manner. The position will also require basic business analysis skills to calculate the workflows identified in different industries. Applicants will also need abilities to perform project management. Additionally, some QA exposure would be helpful.



This is a traveling position and can require 25% to 80% travel depending on skills, experience and department workloads.



Education:

Networking Certifications

Two years College or technical school



Responsibilities for this position include:

Frontline technical support of the entire iSynergy product line.

Project implementation skills.



Required Skills:

In depth understanding of various Windows platforms from Windows 2000 Professional Windows Server 2003.

In depth understanding of MS SQL and SQL 2000.

In depth understand of MS Office products.

Understanding of PC hardware configuration and trouble shooting.

Excellent oral and written skills.

Ability to multitask.

Diligent work ethic.



Optional Skills:

CDIA+ Certified.

MS SQL Certification
