Job Requirements:

 

For Administrator role:

? Provides subject matter expertise in the installation, configuration administration of Documentum and associated products including Documentum  Content Server, Java Method Server and FAST Full-Text Engine

 

? Has familiarity with various web and application server technologies including IIS, Apache, and Weblogic Server as well as how the components of the system function (i.e. hardware, operating system, database, web server, application server, clustering, LDAP, firewalls) within a Documentum architecture

 

? Has familiarity with E-Infrastructure (Identity Management) components including Siteminder, Enterprise Directory/I-Planet and Meta Directory on Critical Path software throughout the project life cycle

 

? Participates in the implementation activities around a project and the qualification of final product via user acceptance testing, pilots, benchmarking, pre-production testing and operational readiness at the time of delivery

 

? Performs operational maintenance and troubleshooting of the Documentum application architecture

 

? Installs and configures new web application solutions and supporting infrastructure and modifies existing environments based upon specifications driven by Architecture and Design

 

? Provides support to project development teams (modify configurations per specifications, triage of issues, tuning per specifications

 

? Manages the movement of new developments, code and other changes throughout
the development life cycle. Understands and deploys various types of
application packages including JAR, WAR, EAR, ASP, ASPX, and HTML

 

? Assists development teams in activities such as integration with single sign-on, load testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning throughout the development life cycle.

 

? Liaisons with development teams throughout the development life cycle to troubleshoot technical issues (error messages, bugs with the software, availability) and communicates issues back to Architecture and Design

 

? Liaisons with appropriate Service Delivery teams to implement standard infrastructure solutions for backups and monitoring

 

? Creation of security roles and responsibilities and hand off of security administration to appropriate team

 

? Documents implementation procedures as well as standard operating procedures in preparation of hand-off to Service Delivery

 

? Enforces standards and best practices through development life cycle.

 

? Enforces software configuration management and deployment standards in development environments

 

? Ensures all supporting processes and procedures are in place prior to go-live and works with Service Delivery in all go-live activities

 

? Develops detailed systems and process documentation.

 

 

For technical lead role:

?  10+ years design and development of multi-tier software applications

 

?   6+ years designing and developing Documentum solutions; 4+ years as Lead Developer

 

?   6+ years in-depth experience developing in Java/J2EE (including JNDI, EJB, JMS, JDBC, JSP, Servlets)

 

?  2+ years developing web services using standards including UDDI, WSDL, and
SOAP

 

?   4+ years web application development experience with CSS, HTML, JavaScript
and Struts

 

?   Must be able to analyze/translate complex business needs into effective technical solutions

 

?  Strong Object-Oriented Analysis & Design skills

 

?  Solid experience with Documentum 4i and 5i, DFC, BOF, DQL, IAPI and WDK

 

?  Fluency in SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Stored Procedure/Triggers, SQL Loader and SQL optimization

 

?  Experience developing and programming with DTD, XML, XSL, XSLT and XSD

 

?  Experience using BEA WebLogic Application Server 8

 

?  Experience using J2EE test tools (i.e JUNIT, JTEST, Mock Objects, LoadRunner, etc)

 

?  Strong technical experience in systems integration including JCA

 

?  Good understanding of web browsers and encoding standards

 

?  Experience building scalable, distributed, mission critical applications

 

?  Experience with full software development life cycle from establishing requirements through delivery and production support

 

 

Experience with any of the following a plus:

?  BEA WebLogic Integration and Workshop

 

?  Verity

 

?  Vignette Portal

 

?   SiteMinder

 

?  LDAP


Education Requirements

 

Bachelor's Degree required; BS or MS in Computer Science or related field preferred
