Team Lead/Senior Software Engineer

Location: Boston, New York, Philadelphia, Charlotte

Duration: 12+ months

Travel:  Must be open to 100% travel, most likely east coast travel

 

Position Summary:

Customer engagement based software development position that requires advanced technical, organizational, and communication skills.   Previous team lead/senior-level experience in designing and developing internet e-commerce systems is required. Specifically, the position is responsible for leading the design and development of internet based on-line banking applications (online authentication tools). 

 

Key Basic Requirements:

?  Bachelor?s degree required with a degree in Computer Science preferred.

?  Minimum of five years of software development experience with two of those years spent designing and developing internet e-commerce or e-finance applications for Banking and/or Credit Union institutions.
Minimum 2 years of  ASP.NET and C# development experience on internet e-commerce or e-finance applications
Minimum 3 years of XML, XML Schemas, and Web Service technology development.
Strong web UI design and development experience
Strong integration design and development experience
Strong problem solving skills
Experienced in designing and developing solutions for high volume internet sites
Strong architecture skills
Strong Analysis, design and build skills
Minimum of 4 years of project development / methodologies experience: full system development lifecycle, Agile, etc
Experienced in writing stored procedures within Microsoft SQL Server.
Experienced in developing and documenting use cases using Rational software.
Experienced in conducting development activities using stringent source code control procedures.
Experienced in developing estimates for design, development, and unit testing of application functionality for the engagement.
