Team Lead - Loan Origination Software Implementations (133511-618)

Open Solutions Inc. has a full suite of software products and services designed to allow banks, thrifts and credit unions to better compete in today?s aggressive financial services marketplace, and expand and tap their trusted financial relationships, client affinity, community presence and personalized service.

We seek a Team Leader for our Loan Origination Implementations team, part of our Strategic Solutions Group, to join us in our Glastonbury, CT office.

As the Team Lead for Loan Origination Software Implementations, you will effectively manage and monitor implementations of Mortgage and Consumer loan modules and supervise other members of the implementations team.

 

This position works cooperatively with interfacing product departments and project management to

  support and help develop processes that result in a successful implementation and transition to the Client Care team identify areas for improvement in implementation processes through documentation and automation to maximize efficiencies escalate and work with the development team to monitor defect resolution for implementing clients.

 

 

 



To qualify for this position, you must have:

  exposure to project management methods, ideally PeopleSoft or MS Project strong client services orientation and the ability to take an active role in executing engagements Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written the ability to travel an average of 25%of the time knowledge of Microsoft products experience in lending origination and lending operations and associated regulatory requirements the ability to work with a high level of detail and under demanding timelines a work record of completed projects with high quality and within budget.
