Job Description:
As a Software Engineering Advisor you will be responsible for engineering the architecture of systems, including the creation of detailed design specifications for multi-tier applications (business rules, service requirements, and data modeling). This also includes strategic system design, planning, implementation, and providing technical expertise and support through multiple forums to application developers, including technical design and code reviews.

Necessary Skills:
5+ years of system and client/server design
3+ years developing and supporting application programming
2+ years supporting and developing GUI applications or equivalent experience.
Strong working knowledge of Java web development,.NET and relational databases (Oracle preferred).
Detailed knowledge of advanced workstation operating systems (WN 95/NT) and server operating systems (UNIX)
Aggressive and Driven, with a strong desire to get the job done while not compromising quality.
Experience with CMM model is a big plus!
Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related field.
