MUST HAVE
 B.S./B.A. degree or equivalent work experience in fields related to management and administration of learning systems: e.g., Learning Technology programs, information systems, Workforce Development.
 2-3 years experience with implementation, administration and management of learning systems, learning technology or similar systems/tools.
 Knowledge of all aspects of multimedia computer-based training, from platform selection to design and measurement.
 Demonstrated technical and analytical skills, including the ability to understand and convey complex technical information.
 Good knowledge of networking and computer operations.
 Strong knowledge of HTML, DHTML, ASP, XML and JavaScript required.
 Strong knowledge of web-based database design
 PC and desktop applications competency.
 Ability to direct multiple projects to superior quality delivery.
 Knowledge of Macromedia Dreamweaver/UltraDev, Macromedia Flash and Adobe Photoshop (or similar design tools) preferred


COMPENSATION: $50,000-$60,000 Annually

Job Description
Adecco Technical is looking for a Technical Support person who would be responsible for an enterprise-wide learning management system. The Technical Support person would manage registration, tracking of corporate training functions, input employee records into the system, and troubleshoot any system problems. Candidates should have prior experience with system administration of a national learning management system. Prefer previous hands-on experience with one or more of the following systems: Generation 21, Azaba, Docent, Aspen or related systems. Because of the focus of this position, candidates must demonstrate ability to manage a highly technical system and have a strong training administration background.
