Tech Writer

Develop formal written information about the organization?s computing environment that aid in their development, use, and support. Outputs will include a range of process, procedure and policy documentation to be read by both technical and non-technical personnel across all functional support areas.

Able to write in a clear, concise manner and should be fluent in using Microsoft Office products including Microsoft Visio and Project. Must have some IT services background to communicate effectively (i.e. Windows/Unix Servers, Desktop computing and Network/Telecom services). This is necessary for extracting the necessary information from company technical personnel to produce complete process, procedure and policy documentation.
