We have an immediate opening for a  Technical Data Specialist

 

This position requires someone who is team oriented, customer oriented, highly motivated, pays special attention to details, reliable and exercises sound judgment at all times.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

? Performs duties under general directions from the Technical Support/QA Supervisor

? Prepares Regulatory Bulletins

? Prepares and tests updates for accuracy in all system versions

? Provides updates to Online documentation

? Interacts with the Applications and Research Specialists

? Packages Bulletin for delivery via e-mail and the Internet

? Maintains currency of knowledge and highest level of skill in the management and maintenance of the data.

? Maintains a high level of competency in handling all supported media

 

Skill Level Required:

? Undergraduate degree in Business Administration (IS major a plus)

? Other Undergraduate degree with minimum 2 year BSI applications experience

? Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

? Good written and oral communications skills

? Proficient in the use of BSI Internal Tools

? Proficient in the use of Internet applications e.g. E-mail, web browsers

? Excellent  interpersonal and written communication skills are essential
