Title: Technical IT Sales Representative

Location: Jacksonville, fl

Skills: Technical Pre-sales experience, excellent presentation and communications skills
Duties:

* Focuses on the acquisition of new clients, and the development of new business opportunities

* Travel with sales staff to assist in identification of sales opportunities/customer needs

* Provide solution guidance to sales staff to penetrate key accounts and generate incremental revenue

* Consult with sales staff to assess customer needs/requirements, possible configurations, and application design

* Key liaison and communication point between Home office Technology team and various B2B partners and technology providers and vendors

* Key liaison and communication point between Home office Technology team and field sales team

* Builds sales support presentations for re-use and implementation to field sales team

* Develop and conduct marketing presentations to prospects, industry groups and internal staff.
* Assist in the development and delivery of presentations, demonstrations, white papers, strategy documents and proposals
* Requirements analysis and planning


Requirements:
* 4+ years in a technical/pre-sales role in a relevant industry (web services, security, data feeds, sales presentations, flash authoring)
* Strong programming experience with SQL, .Net, C#, XML/XSLT, SOAP

* Extremely strong communication skills required; strong presentation skills including experience with client presentations; sales; solid work ethic; and required experience in working with large and small customers

* Ability to identify and recommend appropriate solutions 

* The ability to develop a win-win vision by discovering, understanding and evaluating a prospects' business requirements, budgets, politics, and related elements
* Solution Selling or other professional sales training and field use is an advantage
* Ability to create and conduct professional presentations to high-level executives

* Experienced at working independently with accountability and adapting to changing priorities and business environments

* A strong, proactive, value-based leadership style
* A proven ability to manage people and projects
* A proven ability to work in a customer services role
* A proven ability to work in a team environment
* Excellent business acumen and the experience to determine a "good deal", which will ensure a long-term, profitable relationship
* Strong problem solving skills
* The ability to ask the right questions, draw logical conclusions, and arrive at effective solutions
* Ability to communicate effectively to all levels in the organization
* A strong, quantitative skill set, the ability to think and communicate with well-supported data
* Poise and self-control under pressure
* BS in CS or equivalent preferred
