As a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, RDA provides custom application and software development services for all types of commercial businesses. We are currently seeking an experienced, results-oriented Technical .Net Project Manager for our Washingto D.C. office.



The successful candidate will provide technical project management, quality management and team leadership for the development of complex custom applications we deliver for our clients.  The Project Manager will work closely with our clients while leveraging their business development and relationship building skills to position RDA as a ?trusted partner? for all of their project needs.



Success Criteria:Experience consulting in the software services industry. Recent coding experience in the development of full lifecycle enterprise business applications using Microsoft .Net, preferrably C#.  Experience gathering requirements, designing solutions and completing the development and deployment of applications using Microsoft .NET tools.Experience with formal software development processes and methodologies (such as RUP and MSF). Proven experience building successful teams (5 ? 10 team members) that deliver projects on time and on budget in compliance with process, scope, and quality. Experience participating in business development activities, such as interacting with Account Executives and client representatives in the areas of opportunity qualification, account planning and proposal development processes. Demonstrates excellent communication/interpersonal skills. Proven leadership and negotiation skills.

Educational/Experience Requirements:Proficient in MS Project and .Net development tools. B.A. or B.S. degree with emphasis in Business or Computer Science. PMP (Project Management Professional Certification) or equivalent work experience
