Technical Product/Program Manager - Merchandising Applications

The Merchandising Applications team is looking for an experienced program manager who can drive the page ownership and content display on Amazon's website to the next level.

Our team has the business ownership of the majority of the pre-order pipeline pages, as well as the display logic for these pages. The candidate will play a significant role in shaping the customer experience on these pages, and insuring that these pages enable the category teams and other stakeholders to drive towards their goals.

Key focus areas for the coming year will a redesign of two of those page types, continued refinement of style guidelines and business engagement processes, monitoring and improving page performance, and streamlining the recently created set of widgets.




The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to drive complex programs with multiple stakeholders in a fast paced environment. The candidate must be technically proficient to direct technical staff and engage with other technical teams. Excellent communication skills and the ability to balance technical, customer experience, and business considerations are critical to the position. This position requires a proven track record as program manager.
