GoDaddy.com is currently hiring Technical Sales and Support Specialists in our corporate headquarters located in the Scottsdale Airpark and Gilbert locations. As a Sales and Support Specialist, you will be responsible for sales and technical support to both existing and potential Go Daddy clients.


 

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

? College degree preferred
? Minimum of 1 year technical support, consultative sales, software development or computer networking skills
? Strong customer service and computer skills
? Experience with Web Based Applications & Windows
? Efficient organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
? Ability to manage sensitive and critical client information.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Complex problem-solving and decision-making skills
