Your Responsibilities:

 Establish relationships and provide technical support of all QlikView products
to customers and partners by a variety of mediaIdentify the customer?s issues and know how to manage the balance between customer expectations of support vs. consulting Training of customers and partnersOccasional travel could be required

 

Your Profile:

 Previous technical support experience Good general knowledge of computer network systemsDatabase and ERP experienceKnowledge of Microsoft VB/ASP/JavaScript necessaryGood understanding of business processesStrong prioritization and customer service expertise Excellent communication skillsFour year degree or equivalent experienceExcellent verbal and written English skills as the company language is English
