We are recruiting seasoned speech application developers with the desire to be in a pivotal role in a growing company with exciting and innovative voice enabled technology products and applications. The right candidate will be a team player with a great attitude, who is willing to do whatever is necessary to make the company and products a success. The role requires a person with an aptitude to consider the bigger picture, an innovative nature, and the determination to deliver quality and value to the customer. Innovative, creative, push the envelope candidates needed!



 

We are searching for strong (expert) speech application and speech grammar engineers with multiple years of experience in developing voice-enabled products. The best fit would be a candidate who is proficient with speech technologies and has an equally high level of experience with commercially available large vocabulary speech recognition engines.

 

Responsibilities: Help determine the speech recognition grammars and techniques for products and projects Develop design and architect applications Develop and code key parts of the applications Present technology to customers and partners Research and understand marketing requirements

Required Skills: Knowledge of (at least one) phonetic alphabet Expert in developing voice enabled applications using commercially available large vocabulary speech recognition and embedded engines 2-15 years experience in C/C++ programming Strong mathematic algorithm skills a huge plus Experience programming in multi-platform environments a plus (embedded, Windows and Unix) Deep knowledge of speech recognition grammars and techniques Excellent team player, self-motivated, positive attitude Language skills are a plus BS, BA, MS or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computational Linguistics or equivalent. Preference for MS or PhD.
