We are currently recruiting for a regional technical support coordinator / commercial software installer/trainer at each of the following locations:Grapevine, TexasChandler, Arizona Denver, Colorado. 

 

If you are the successful candidate, after several weeks of training about the custom software and network infrastructure of our organization at our corporate offices in northwest Kansas, you will be expected to be based at one of the above locations.

 

This is a great job! As new locations select our commercial software solutions, the successful candidate will travel to these sites and assist in the successful migration from legacy software to the implementation of our software. This position will also be responsible for initial support and training at these locations.  Extended periods of travel (possibly months at a time) will be a part of this position.

The candidate selected will aid with the install of our software packages and training for new sites.  When not working with other companies, they will also be responsible for the resolution of technical issues by providing IT expertise and by escalating the issues to the appropriate resources in a timely manner within Valley Hope Association. The person will provide hands-on technical coordination of Information Technology projects while ensuring that project requirements and timelines are met. The person who fills this position will also provide desktop/printer and server support as well as LAN/WAN resources for the business. The successful candidate will also ensure that appropriate technical support service levels are being met by providing on-site technical resources and by acting as a liaison between IT and the business unit(s) to report any service issues. Travel will be required in order to provide hands-on tech support to all facilities within the region and to assist other regional tech support staff as necessary.

 

We are looking for a self-motivated person able to work with minimal direct supervision that is interested in a tremendous opportunity.  The total annual salary range for this position is $23,218 to $34,294, depending on credentials and experience. In addition to the salary package, there is also a generous benefits package. The successful candidate must possess strong communication, documentation and presentation skills. Demonstrated client service skills maintaining a customer oriented approach is helpful. Must be detail oriented with excellent analytical and problem solving ability.
