Essential Job Functions:

? Provides technical support to Dealers via the telephone, e-mail, and on-site travel.

? Tests and provides support for the various manufactures equipment that company interfaces with.

? Provides general computer support including Windows, networking, and hardware.

? Tracks and logs daily calls and support requests.

? Tests all aspects of hardware and software on a continual basis.

? Programs and debugs projects.

? Tracks and reports hardware and software bugs.

? Stays abreast of all new equipment.

? All other duties as assigned.

 



Requirements:

? Bachelor?s degree in electronics or similar field.

? 3 - 5+ years experience with enterprise level core routing and switching

? Excellent written and verbal communications skills required

? Excellent organizational skills

? Proven leadership skills

? Proven ability to work in a team environment

? Willingness and ability to travel both domesticly and some internationally

? US Passport preferred

 

Preferred Industry Certifications/Education:

? Cisco CWNA, CCNA, CCNP, CCDA, CCDP

? Cisco Wireless LAN Design Specialist

? Cisco Wireless LAN Support Specialist

? MCSE 2003

 

Proven field experience designing, optimizing, implementation and supporting Cisco Aironet and other wireless infrastructure products in one or many of the following areas:

 Antenna Concepts Wireless LAN Topologies Site Surveys Techniques and Tools Wireless Bridges Access Point Configuration Wireless authorization and encryption technologies (EAP-LEAP, EAP- TLS, EAP-TTLS, EAP-PEAP, EAP-Fast) Centralized Wireless Management (Wireless LAN Solution Engine, Wireless Control SoftwareCentralized Authentication Servers (Cisco Secure ACS, Microsoft 2000  & 2003 Servers, IAS, RADIUS, etc.) Wireless "switching" conceptsRF troubleshooting methodologies and techniques (spectrum analysis) VLAN technology and operation TCP/IP network addressing best practices WLAN Management Solutions Radio Technologies associated with WLAN 802.11g and/or ZigBeeGood working experience with CAD applications and architectural drawings and diagramsGood working experience with Microsoft Office Suite
