Pixel Magic seeks technical and customer-oriented skill set to deliver top customer support for its digital imaging software and hardware solutions in a call center environment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
?Basic knowledge of digital imaging systemsKnowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within technical supportAbility to follow technical instruction and pre-established guidelines to perform functions of jobGood oral and written communication skillsAbility to maintain professional and helpful demeanor when dealing with customersAssociate degree or two-year technical certificate desired, but not required.0-2 years technical support experience or related areaAbility to work various shifts and overtime when necessaryAbility to lift 50 lbs.

JOB FUNCTIONSProvides basic technical assistance and support to customers on a variety of digital imaging and technical issues via telephone or emailTracks and monitors issues to ensure timely resolutionDiagnoses hardware and/or software issuesResponds to customer inquiries concerning various aspects of systems operation or problems associated with systemsCommunicates issues to appropriate partiesEscalates issues according to policy
