Technical Training Analyst

Adecco Technical is seeking a Technical Training Analyst. This position will be responsible for developing online classes and providing online training opportunities for Client's customers and internal associates on the use of our web-based technologies.

Act as a customer advocate in usability and functionality of Client's systems. Communicate and coordinate that effort of functionality with other departments and business units regarding usability and training for customer applications.

Knowledge/Skills:

-->Minimum 1-3 years experience in instructional design or training.

-->Must have experience with Photoshop and expert level experience with Powerpoint as well as experience in developing and presenting training over the internet/intranet.

-->Prefer experience with WebEx or Microsoft Live Meeting

--> Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills. Must have excellent organization and communication skills and be able to comfortably and diplomatically communicate with customers, other departments and executives.

--> Must be able to multitask and handle stress associated with multiple fluctuating deadlines

--> Must be able to set priorities accordingly and change focus with very short notice.
