Assignment Capsule

Support Engineer able to work directly with the customer to help resolve desktop hardware and software issues quickly and efficiently. This job will include on-site visits to customer locations in the Tri-County area of South Florida. The ability to troubleshoot customer issues via remote control software and phone support will be necessary. Individual must work well in a team environment and willing to learn new skills. Must provide effective problem prioritization to deal with both short term and long term issues as well as present technical information to a non-technical audience.

Role Essentials

At least 2 years experience in a corporate IT environment running Windows XP Pro. General networking principles
Role Desirables

College Degree

A+ Certified, Microsoft, Novell and Cisco experience
Reporting Relationships
You will be in the Distributed Systems Installation Team under the direction of the Director of DSI.

This role will include on-site visits in the Tri-County area of South Florida.

This role will require you to be on-call
