This is where you come in. Lawson is looking for a Telemarketing Specialist.  This position is responsible for generating sales opportunities through cold calling, campaign response, and event invitation calling. Collecting intelligence data on prospects and maintaining prospect data in the CRM (Salesforce.com) system.  The positions works closely with the sales team to facilitate smooth transition of all opportunities. 

 

Qualifications:

 

* Three years experience in outbound "cold" calling in a Business to Business environment

* Some knowledge of Software industry (ERP Packages ? Lawson, Intentia, Peoplesoft, JD Edwards, SAP, Oracle a huge plus!)

* Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team

* PC skills-Word, Excel, Power Point, Databases

* Strong communication (verbal and written) skills

* Experience using Salesforce.com, or other CRM tool, for campaign management and lead tracking is helpful.
