Tier 1 & 2 Technical Support/Technical Writer

LumenVox, an innovator in speech recognition technology, has an opening for an individual with strong interpersonal skills and an aptitude for technical writing to provide customers with technical support and to help supplement our help documentation.

 

Responsibilities:

 Handle customer support issues on our four enterprise software products, both email and over the phoneContinually produce and update knowledge base and help documentationIdentify, research and resolve technical problemsDocument, track and monitor problems and feature implementationSome quality assurance testing

 

Knowledge:

 Excellent writing skills ? must be able to take technical documentation and convert to be easily read and understood Self-motivated and well organized, including excellent follow-through skillsAble to learn multiple software applications with easeFamiliarity with Windows and MS Office required ? Linux familiarity a plus
