Total Exposure Developer

We currently seek a Total Exposure Senior Software Developer on the Total Exposure and SECIMS applications to help with  INL?s Radiological Control Information Management System. (RCIMS)

 

Responsibilities include:Responsibilities include development  and support of the INL?s Radiological Control Information Management System (RCIMS) including Bioassay requirements, TLD and ED requirements, and TLD badge preparation and printing.  Responsibilities also include support of the INL Security Badge System, Directory services, Personnel Security Web, and SECIMS and DOE Personnel Security Interfaces.  Providing skills in PL/SQL, UNIX, Crystal Reports, and Oracle PL/SQL Web Reports.Participating in and lead improvement teams and other techncial initiatives.  Develop, communicate, and maintain detailed work plans and schedules to ensure high quality products are delivered in a defined/agreed time frame ? ensure documented requirements, change management and other IT best business practices for all endeavors undertaken.  Plans and schedules must be adequately comprehensive to allow clear understanding of tasks and milestones.Provides highly technical support and multiple task management in the areas of systems analysis, design, programming, testing, and implementation for the successful completion and operations of Total Exposure, RCIMS, and SECIMS developed applications.

 

Qualifications Include:7 years experience with Passport and Total Exposure module as well as Bioassay requirements, LTD and Ed requirementsExperience participating in and leading improvement teams and other techncial initiatives as well as developing, communicating and maintaining detailed work plans and schedules to ensure high quality products are delivered in a defined/agreed time frame Strong background  dealing with unusual technical complexity and finding imaginative, efficient, software solutions in a reasonable timeframe.  Understands how to provide highly technical support and multiple task management in the areas of systems analysis, design, programming, testing, and implementation for the successful completion and operations of Total Exposure, RCIMS, and SECIMS developed applications.Bachelors Degree, excellent communication and people skills; team player appreciated
