Trading Developer

Job Description:

Midsized (100+ employees) electronic trading firm in northern suburbs of Chicago, IL committed to creating exceptional work environment and opportunities for employees. Looking to hire Developer to join a small, highly experienced team of developers to be part of very exciting trading development project.

Benefits:

Benefits include up to 3 weeks of vacation per year, full medical and dental with cafeteria plan, 401k plan with corporate match, and meals provided throughout the day.

Qualifications:

BS Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

At least 2 years of professional experience

Working knowledge of:

* C/C ++

* At least one scripting language (perl preferred)

* JAVA OR .NET

Good communication skills

Excellent problems solving skills

Highly motivated/energized

Requires minimal supervision

Eager to learn technology/business and high learning curve

Interest in Financial Industry a plus

Strong pluses:

Experience in financial industry (will train if exceptional candidate).
